Having trouble meeting a girl?

I think you're very good looking. The only thing I would suggest is a haircut because It's my personal opinion that guys look great with short facial hair and short hair, especially if they've got pretty eyes to boot :) I don't think you should change your outside JUST because you think it's the only way a girl will like you. As for the breaking the ice, all I can say is ask a lot of questions, be yourself, and don't be afraid to step outside of your comfort zone :) Hope this helps!
