If WWIII were to break out between NATO and a coalition of China and Russia, what would the outcome be?

Hypothetical: a couple of years from now, China and Russia team up. Russia has gone back to their old ways and China has a powerful economy. Throw in U.S. economic downturn and NATO weakness. What exactly would the outcome be?
