Left 4 Dead add on help for Windows 7?

Generally you have to download the file. They'll get placed in your user/downloads folder. You'll have to read the instructions and probably unzip them. You'll then get to put the files in your install area in the custom maps or custom campaigns folder(named addons). You should basically follow the instructions in the second link.
