Celebrity hairstyles?

im going to a party and i wanted to do my hair up. its a formal party so i want to to look good not a mess. i know some celebrities do stuff like this on the red carpet and stuff but i just dont know how to maneuver my hair like that and make it stay. is there are any videos that would be helpful too thanks=]
