Feels like a pressure in my bum?

at the moment i have this weird sensation. Its like a mild pressure in my bum when I sit. I can feel it too when i am walking but not as bad. No pain or anything. Just like a mild pressurem kinda trying to get out...! And no i dont need to go to the loo! I am still going like clockwork once a day in the mornings. I had this before and i went to the the doc who did the "glove" treatment and ured me it was nothing sinister and it was an fissure. Was gone for ages and is back this week. Will prob p again I am sure. I am a total worrier. Anyone else ever have this?
