Is MICHAEL VICK A DONE DEAL?

I am sorry I have to ask this question. My mom and I had a debate about this & me & my mom NEVER talk about sports! We had a debate today about Michael Vick I say unfortunately his carreer is waaaay over! My mom insists his carreer is not over. I say it is because 1.) he might have to serve jail time of up to 36 mos. He already is not at training camp for this season. If he serves time he will not be in camp next season either. This will mean of course he will not be in top form because he can't train to the extent he needs to. The other part is why is the world condemning this guy?! ok He did something really stupid but er uh SO DID KOBE!!! and no one wanted to burn him at the stake!!! So is his career over or should he get a second chance like Kobe did? I say he should, but I also say he should be punished to but not as much as they are giving him. I know athletes who have done far more than that and have gotten off for less...ahem ahem Kobe...and too man yothers to name! HOLLA!
