A question for 420-friendly people?

I've never tried it chief! Normally when I start smoking it I stick with it all night and a normal smoke doesn't touch my lips, but as you say, how can you determine if you're more stoned for smoking a normal cig than you would be had you not smoked it. Hell, it's too close to christmas to be getting this confused.
