What shrubs or bushes can i plant that will not die if my pees on it?

Jada, I don't think there are any plants that can survive when your pet pees on it. To prevent your pet from peeing on thick bushes or shrubs, mostly let your pet play on gr because if the pet pees on gr, the gr really doesn't mind that much. Build a playhouse for your pet. If a human pees on it, don't because that is hazardous to the plants. This "precipitation" is not just water, pee is contaminated with nasty bacteria and germs, be aware of your pet or I think it is a human who did that, I'm not sure.
