Mothers lay prey to shoddy ads and incomplete information on labels about infant baby feed.?

Malnourished babied die yearly from thses issies while Infant formula companies flourish. In Haitai hundreds of babies died due to a poisonous fingredient in the formula of an infant formula. Are infant formula companies morally responsible for any misuse of their products and for what ever malnutrition results from the use of infant formulas especially in uneducated countries and third world/ developing countries or are parents to be solely blamed? or is it the medical profession and governments?
