Shouldn't the Mexican gov't worry less about pollen and insects and more about their own social issues?

So now I understand where Mexico's priorities really are...with the birds and the bees, and the flowers and the trees. Screw the Mexican people and the poverty that is driving them away. We have to be more environmentally "caring" towards border control and put homeland security on the back burner because of plant pollen and beetles. Good job, way to step up Mexico.
