Have you or anyone you know ever taken more than the recommended dose of caffeine pills?

I don't recommend it either. Lady who used to cut my hair years ago is a complete basket case from abusing those things. She was taking a handful a day at one point. She is a pathetic little thing now. She has no short term memory. She can't sit still, has jerky body movement, and her face and hands twitch. It's so sad to see her in that shape. She started out innocently enough but but abused it . look at the terrible toll it has taken on her mind, body and life.
